What could be better than black truffle in a deliciously creamy young gouda? This cheese is pure decadence. The earthy mushroomy tones of the truffle leave a slight tingle on the tastebuds after every mouthful, and the sweetness of the creamy gouda will leave you wanting to come back for more.

A fruit paste, fig, dark stone fruit.

Match with an earthy Pinot Noir (Martinborough or Marlborough) or a peppery shiraz to enhance the flavour of the truffle. Approx. 150g
